I had such a good time in Vietnam. It was spiritually uplifting.. I went to HCMC(former Saigon), Mekong Delta, Cao Dai Temple(Holy See for that religion)near Cambodian border, Hanoi, and Halong Bay..What stands out the most are the people. I was passing through an airport in Vietnam and saw 2 buddhist priests I bowed to them as is the custom, they smiled and clasped their hands and bowed back to me. Just that one instant I felt such a powerful blessing from 2 priests who looked amazed that an American would do this. One more thing of note(too much for this blog wait for my book) is that I saw some beautiful lakes on the countryside in Northern Vietnam, I later found out that these "lakes" were craters from the bombings of our B52's during the American War(as the Vietnamese called it)Leave it to the Vietnamese to make something beautiful out of something ugly.
This was the best trip in all my travels around the world so far.
